Previous Course Completion

It is required to have already completed the CORE and PRO Certification courses. 

Physical Equipment
All attendees are required to have an ID5TDCM and ES962H (or equivalent) intercom to follow the live exercises. These can be purchased in a special Training Kit containing these two devices. This is offered at a steep discount from the normal price of the equipment and is therefore to be used only for training and demo purposes.

Preparation Course Required
All attendees must complete the preparation course no fewer than 7 days before class. Once registered, you will have access to this course, which walks you through the download, installation, and preparation of the software that will be covered in the class. This course ensures that the software runs correctly prior to the class. We reserve the right to cancel any registration if the preparation has not been fully completed in our system 7 days prior to class. 

Webcam Requirements
To ensure a dynamic, interactive, and professional learning environment, all participants in our online training cohort of industry professionals are required to keep their webcams on throughout the entire session. This fosters a focused atmosphere, minimizes distractions, encourages active engagement, and cultivates a strong sense of collaboration and camaraderie among peers as we grow and learn together. Attendees must verify that their webcams are fully functional prior to the start of the training course. Participants who arrive without a working webcam will not be permitted to join the session.
