This course is for those wanting to complete their mid-level certification to expand on their Commend foundational knowledge.

The training covers the following topics and approximate timeframe:

  • ComPLC Foundational: 2 hours
  • Studio Foundational: 2 hours
  • ICX Foundational: 1 hour
  • Symphony Control Desks: 1 hour
  • Encryption Basics: 1 hour
  • CCT800 Intermediate: 2 hours
  • Paging / PA: 1 hour
  • Webhooks (API): 1 hour
  • Audio Settings - Adv.: 1 hour

Prerequisites

Certification
Core Certification must have been previously obtained within 2 years.

Preparation Course Required
All attendees must complete the preparation course. Once registered you will have access to this course which walks you through the download, installation, and preparation of the software that will be covered in the class. This course is to ensure that the software runs correctly prior to the class. The goal is to help you focus on the class material during class and not laptop-related issues. 

Webcam Requirements
To ensure a dynamic, interactive, and professional learning environment, all participants in our online training cohort of industry professionals are required to keep their webcams on throughout the entire session. This fosters a focused atmosphere, minimizes distractions, encourages active engagement, and cultivates a strong sense of collaboration and camaraderie among peers as we grow and learn together. Attendees must verify that their webcams are fully functional prior to the start of the training course. Participants who arrive without a working webcam will not be permitted to join the session.
