Commend Core Certification
This entry-level certification provides foundational product knowledge and essential commissioning skills. It's ideal for newcomers to Commend on-premise systems. It provides a solid understanding of the basic operations, audio adjustments, etc. You will be introduced to fundamental concepts, setup skills, and basic operational aspects.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Deploy VirtuoSIS based systems
- Investigate and understand existing installations
- Do maintenance changes like volume level, call targets, names, etc.
- Troubleshoot not working devices
- Understand the big picture of how all the pieces work together
The training covers the following topics:
- VirtuoSIS, S3, and S6 Intercom Server deployment in local and enterprise networks
- Licensing of Intercom Servers
- Understanding of the CCT800, Set-UP, and IPStationConfig configuration tools
